LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- This morning we talked about a food loved by kids and adults.
Anthony Michael from Cross Eyed Pig is putting his twist on mac and cheese.
Here's how he spiced up mac & cheese today:
1 lbs. macaroni
2 15 oz. cans cheese sauce
1 onion, sautéed
1 jalapeno chopped
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
salt and pepper to taste
If you want to add meat: 1/2 lb. of cooked chicken or shrimp chopped finely
Cook pasta according to directions. Add cheese sauce and stir until warmed through. Add other ingredients and mix.
