ROGERS, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas State Crime Lab has ruled the death of a 3-year-old boy found in a hot car to be accidental and investigators say they will recommend no charges be filed.

Lincoln Andrew Brunner died after being found in the back seat of his parents' car on Aug. 4. The parents told investigators they didn't notice the boy missing until they began searching for him for his nap.

The parents said they heard their other children playing in their home and thought the boy was with them.

Benton County Sheriff's investigator Kenneth Paul told the Rogers Morning News (http://bit.ly/MCSQNA ) that he'll recommend no charges be filed.

Prosecutor Van Stone told the newspaper that he had not received the report - but said that he doesn't anticipate charges in the case.
