LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - More than 6 years has passed since a Little Rock man's murder, and police have asked the public for clues. Officer Bruce Jones with the Little Rock Police Department joined THV 11's Liz Massey to talk more about this week's Capital City Cold Case.
On August 22nd, 2006, at 625 West 31st Street, victim Phillip Williams was shot to death. Officer Jones said several witnesses heard shots and saw a suspect running.
Officer Jones said the witnesses also heard an argument and heard Williams say, "Lord, please don't do this to me."
