    Blue Cheese Dip

    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 pound crumbled bleu cheese
    Chopped chives, to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
    Celery salt
    Salt and Pepper

Puree 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 pound crumbled blue cheese. Add chopped chives, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt and pepper to taste. Serve with raw vegetables and Rippled Chips.

    Roasted Garlic Bacon Dip

    2 heads garlic
    Olive oil
    6 slices cooked bacon

Cut the tops off 2 heads garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees until tender, 45 minutes. Make Onion Dip using the roasted garlic pulp in place of the sauteed onions. Add 6 slices chopped crisp bacon. Serve with Rippled Chips.

    Ricotta-Tomato Dip

    2 cups tomato sauce
    1 cup ricotta

Simmer 2 cups tomato sauce in a small skillet. Add 1 cup ricotta in dollops and warm through. Garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil.

Or make it a pizza dip by adding diced mozzarella and pepperoni before baking.
