ENGLAND, Ark. (KTHV) - Forget the talk of the town. How about the talk of the world? The royal baby has arrived and all of Great Britain is celebrating, but they aren't the only ones.

Tuesday, the royal heir made his first television appearance, and while everyone is excited to see the could-be future king, no place on earth is more excited than England. Blue balloons and a poster board announcement in the window of England Flowers in England, Ark. signifies the birth of the next royal heir.

"Everyone who is anyone is talking about the royal birth, don't you think?" asked Delbert Minton of England, Ark.

"We've been keeping up with it in the news and every moment about thinking it was going to come days ago, or yesterday, or how many more hours, and the surprise of it being a boy or girl," said Judy Richardson, owner of England Flowers.

Everyone has an opinion about the royal birth, the royal couple, and what's next in the royal story.

"Oh when are they coming home, and what is the name going to be, and is it going to be Prince William II, or you know?" added Minton.

Of course Englanders know a good English name.

"I think the running first name is George with us. I don't know how popular George would be here, and I'm not sure that is southern enough for England, Arkansas, so George might not be the pick of someone here in England, Arkansas, but if that is what they choose, I think it's a good wholesome name," said Richardson.

Even though the royal heir is a good 4,000 miles away, England, Ark. says he is welcome in their town anytime.

"If he wants to come here for his first haircut, I'll give it to him for free," added Minton.

This isn't the first time England, Ark. has celebrated along with Great Britain. Last summer, the whole town celebrated the London Olympics with bouncy houses, a cookout. and a watch party for the opening ceremony.
