ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (KTHV) - The executive director of the Arkadelphia Housing Authority has been accused of raping a man on Sept. 11.
According to Arkadelphia chief of police James Al Harris, Frederick Hatley allegedly raped a man at the housing authority office at 670 S. 6th street in Arkadelphia. He said the victim lives at the apartment complex.
Harris added that the victim was taken to a hospital where a sexual assault exam was administered. Hatley denied the accusations and voluntarily gave DNA, said Harris, but the test results proved to be a positive match.
Hatley is currently out on $75,000 bond.
