HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - A woman accused of driving recklessly with her children in the car, injuring several people, and dragging a man beneath her car on Halloween night has been arrested.

According to Deputy Scott Hinojosa with the Garland County Sheriff's Department, Twila Gail Watson, 27, was arrested Dec. 3 on a warrant for a DWI after she allegedly injured a number of people with her car on Halloween. The DWI warrant is a Class A misdemeanor.

An initial police report revealed that Watson had been detained by community residents until police came to the scene; she had apparently hit several cars in the area and registered at .20 on a breathalyzer test. The report indicates that she was unable to complete a field sobriety test and agreed to a blood test at Mercy Hospital, which registered at .31.

In addition, police said Watson told officers at the scene that she was 5 months pregnant and experiencing pain.

Watson was arrested on the night of the incident, but the DWI charge was pending at the time for blood test results.
