Man gets probation after shooting son-in-law

    FORT SMITH, Ark. (5NEWS) - A man who pleaded guilty to shooting his son-in-law in 2013 will get probation.

    CNN affiliate 5NEWS reported that Charles Marr reached a deal with Sebastian County prosecutors and was sentenced to 5 years probation for shooting Henry Killian. The station said Marr shot Killian because "he was driving like an idiot."
