- 2lbs. Velveeta Cheese
8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2-3 Cans of Rotel (or if you don't like spicy, you can substitute whole or diced tomatoes)
Combine all ingredients into crockpot and heat until cheese is melted. Keep on 'warm' while serving dip.
