    North Little Rock News:

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - In North Little Rock on Friday, a chance to see donations and volunteering all came together, and put something in place for kids in need.

Money from a recent AEDD fundraiser and volunteers sent from the United Way teamed up at the Sammie Gail Sanders Children's center.

They helped build a library for the preschool there. When it's finished, it'll be a gateway to dozens of books, and a chance to be exposed to a library before they get to kindergarten.

Debbie Grooms, the development coordinator, said the volunteers from Region's Bank helped make the library ready for the start of school on Monday.

The bank also gave a grant.
