MAGNOLIA, Ark. (SAU) - Following a 3-1 record last week which included a blowout win against NAIA-power LSU-Shreveport and a GAC series win against Northwestern Oklahoma, the Southern Arkansas baseball team remains nationally-ranked according to various division II baseball media outlets.

While the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper (CBN) and the National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association (NCBWA) have not released an update to their national polls as of this release, the Muleriders (11-3, 4-2 GAC) do appear in the top-10 in the d2baseballnews.com poll and the College Baseball Lineup (CBN) poll.

Of the two polls updated on Monday, the Muleriders appear highest in the d2baseballnews.com poll as they remain ranked No. 4. In the CBL poll, the Muleriders moved into the top-10 as they gained a spot from No. 11 to No. 10.

The Muleriders will begin their current week of play with a road non-conference doubleheader against Union University on Tuesday, February 25 before returning home for a three-game conference set with Ouachita Baptist starting on Friday, February 28.
