LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Oct. 4, 2012) - Students, parents, faculty and the public can enjoy a variety of fun fall activities at Miss Selma's School's third annual Taste of "T" Street festival.
Taste of "T" Street will take place this Saturday, Oct. 6 from 3-7 p.m. on the school grounds situated along "T" Street in Little Rock.
There will be live entertainment, a scavenger hunt, petting zoo, face painting and lots of games and fabulous food booths with everything from Gumbo and lettuce wraps to homemade cupcakes and tropical treats.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 2-12, or $40 for a family of four.
All proceeds from Taste of "T" Street will benefit the Friends of Miss Selma's Foundation, an organization that provides scholarships, grants and educational development to the school. Last year, the school raised $40,000.
Miss Selma's School, one of the first private schools in Little Rock, has been educating central Arkansas children ages 2-6th grade since 1956. Their philosophy is thtat every child can succeed.
Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 225-0123 or at the gate the day of the event.
