    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Alexis Sims with the American Heart Association has a great recipe for you this holiday season.

    Creamy Green Beans 
    For those who like their vegetables creamy, this recipe can't be beat.

    Serves: 4 servings, 1 cup each
    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes
    1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
    3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    Cooking Instructions
    Place beans in a steamer basket and steam over 2 inches of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and salt in a medium bowl. Add the beans; toss to coat.
