Anthony Michael with Cross Eyed Pig joined us on "THV 11 This Morning" with his tips on grilling up the perfect cowboy steak.
Michael says a cowboy steak is usually a bone-in steak, doesn't matter the cut.
He says the best way to cook a cowboy steak is in a cast-iron skillet with 50/50 olive oil and butter with a little cracked peppercorn and oregano.
