Trout, 19, from Millville, N.J., was hitting .324 in 75 games with the Travs this season. He is currently leading the Travs in hits (94), triples (11), total bases (155), stolen bases (28), on-base percentage (.415), and on-base plus slugging percentage (OPS) at .950. In 250 games during his minor league career (rookie league through double A), he has batted .338 with a .423 on-base percentage. He has 330 hits, 20 homeruns, 110 RBIs, 47 doubles, 27 triples, and 97 stolen bases, while being caught stealing 25 times (.795 stolen-base percentage). He also scored 205 runs.
