Here's a good, easy recipe to freshen up any cook-out menu for summer.
Grilled Bananas and Pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 pineapple, cut into 4 spears 1/2-inch thick
2 bananas cut lengthwise
Heat oiled grill to medium. In small bowl mash brown sugar with butter to combine. Spread a thin layer of sugar mixture over all sides of the pineapple and on cut side of bananas.
Place pineapple on grill. Grill 5 minutes turning twice or until grilled sides are golden brown. Turn pineapples to grill on the uncooked side and add bananas, cut side down; grill about 3 more or until fruits are golden brown. Serve immediately sprinkled with raspberries.
