LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Freedom Anglers is a part of the Arkansas Freedom Fund organization.  Freedom Anglers helps injured veterans enjoy the outdoors through fishing.

Tim Preator is the chair.  He visited Today's THV earlier in the year and talked about the need for people to get involved by donating fishing equipment including life jackets, rods and reels and lures.

After the segment aired, Preator says the response was wonderful but now he's learned of another need.  There are veterans who are paraylzed and wheelchair bound that would like to go fishing.

So Preator is now looking for a pontoon boat that can be outfitted so he can take wheelchair bound veterans out on the water.

If you'd like to help or make a donation, click here for more information.

Preator is also an Arkansas Army National Guardsman and has competed in amateur fishing tournaments.
