LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Anthony Michael from Cross-Eyed Pig is ditching the grill this morning in favor of a flavorful salad.
2 lbs of bagged salad, your choice
Can of artichoke hearts
Can of hearts of palm
Tomato and basil feta cheese
1/2 bottle of Paul Newman's Oil and Vingear Dressing
Put the salad in a large bowl. Cut up artichoke hearts and hearts of palm and sprinkle on top. Add the cheese and bacon. Use your hands or spoons to combine ingredients. Pour dressing over entire salad. Wait 30 minutes before serving. Optional--sprinkle with sunflower seeds and cooked chicken.
