LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - It may be time to start practicing your best 'Crazy' and 'I Fall To Pieces' renditions. Auditions are taking place in Little Rock for women to play the country music icon, Patsy Cline, in the feature film Patsy.

Chance Film Productions announced Wednesday that they will begin a national audition search to fill the Cline role. Six cities have been selected for auditions beginning with Little Rock and ending with Nashville, where a major portion of the film will be shot.

Other roles are available for female and males and age range is open.

Auditions will be held at the Double Tree Hotel, located at 424 West Markham Street in Little Rock, on November 17 beginning at Noon until and lasting until all those auditioning have been seen.

Those who wish to participate should bring their resume as well as two photos - one head shot and one full-length. For those who do not have the necessary photos, a professional photographer will be on hand.

Participants should have at least one Patsy Cline number ready and another of their choice. Musical accompaniment is not provided, but singing a cappella is acceptable.

Patsy is scheduled to begin filming in May 2013 and is expected to be released in September 2013.
