PINE BLUFF, AR (KTHV)-Detectives are investigating a murder that happened in Pine Bluff Friday night.
Police says the shooting was the result of a domestic dispute, but are not releasing all the details as the investigation continues.
The victim Edward Weston, 53, of Pine Bluff, was shot during a disturbance near the 1600 block of Bois D'Arc Street.
Police responding to a shots fired call just after 7pm Friday and found the 53-year-old male victim.
Lt. Jo Ann Bates with the Pine Bluff Police Dept. says Bennetta Green, 29, is being charged with First Degree Capital Murder.
Bennetta Green's mother, Ruthie Green, 55, was arrested and charged with residential burglary.
A third suspect, Kateisa Green, 34, was arrested just after midnight.
According to the Jefferson County Detention Center all three are charged with Capital Murder.
All three appeared in district court Monday, according to prosecutor Kyle Hunter. The judge ordered Bennetta Green to be held in lieu of $100,000 bond for first-degree murder, and Ruthie and Katesia Green are each held in lieu of $50,000 bond for burglary.
Police have no word on a motive.
