TUCKERMAN, Ark. (KTHV) - Prosecuting Attorney Henry H. Boyce said a Tuckerman man on child pornography charges made a plea just moments before he faced a jury for trial.
Boyce said Donald Lee Foshee, 54, of Tuckerman, pled guilty Wednesday to a 40 year sentence on 12 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
On Jan. 20, 2012 Jackson County was contacted by the Faulkner County Internet Crimes Against Children's Division advising they had information about child pornography in Jackson County.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office started an investigation which ultimately led to Foushee's arrest. Boyce said discs containing child pornography were located at Foushee's home.
