CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- Officials say Daniel L. Robideaux coordinated to meet with a female he met online with the purpose of having sex with her 10-year-old daughter.
Chief Deputy Matt Rice with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office says Daniel L. Robideaux, 32, was communicating with who he thought was a child's mother but was actually an investigator with the sheriff's department.
He allegedly traveled from Columbia, Mo. to Conway in order to meet the child.
Robideaux was taken into custody and charged with internet stalking of a child, a class B felony. He is set to appear in court Monday afternoon.
