LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A Plus Arkansas made a pitch to lawmakers Thursday about the program's success.
Paul Leopoulos, with A Plus, had 15 minutes to testify in front of the House Committee on Education and said he's glad for the opportunity.
"I've been here two or three times before. We have more statistics that we can give them about the success of the A Plus model, and I feel really, really good about it," he said.
Leopoulos said not only do they have the better test scores people are looking for, but they're turning kids onto learning. He said that is what makes the program stand out.
