LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Sometimes even good dogs bite. And when they do, you can be held liable.
The Insurance Institute says that up to one-third of homeowner liability claims are for dog attacks.
By the numbers: 4.7 million people bitten each year, 800,000 seek medical attention, $4.8 million paid out last year by insurance companies, $50 rise in the last eight years.
But one company is no longer providing coverage for particular breeds.
