LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - THV 11's Craig O'Neill is being put on trial at the Governor's Mansion on Tuesday, April 9.

While the charges are not just real clear (although the evidence for whatever the prosecution comes up with is overwhelming), the trial has a who's who in the Central Arkansas legal profession.

Judge Tim Fox will preside, with special prosecutor Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola drawing upon his vast courtroom experience, to try and convict Craig. (Of what, we're still not sure, but that's not important right now).

Craig meanwhile has enlisted the services of one of Arkansas' premier defense lawyers: Phillip Kaplan.

Craig's wife Jane is testifying, as is Cindy Murphy, a victim of one of Craig's pranks years ago. Dawn, Liz, and Ed are also testifying. And get this ... all of them, Jane, Cindy, Ed, Liz, and Dawn, all of them ... are witnesses for the prosecution.

You can actually buy tickets to these legal proceedings, because the proceeds are going to Presbyterian Village and its Memory Center. The Village is one of the premiere retirement and nursing facilities in Central Arkansas, and the memory center is being built to handle patients suffering from dementia, and alzheimers. This is why this trial is so crucial.

Oh, one other thing: There is a dress code that night. Everyone must wear tennis shoes.
