UNDATED (CNN) -- Former President Bill Clinton has joined the world of micro-blogging on Twitter. But don't expect to see very many tweets from the 42nd Commander in Chief himself.

The account, @PrezBillyJeff, was created for him by Stephen Colbert.

Clinton sat down with the comedian Saturday during his annual meeting for the Clinton Global Initiative University.

The former president officially authorized one tweet: "Just spend amazing time with Colbert! Is he sane? He is cool!"

Since then, the account has posted three more tweets, each with the hashtag: #NotColbertPretendingToBeMe.

As of Tuesday morning, the account had more than 28,000 followers.
