    11th Annual Empty Bowls Charity Dinner and Auction at Arkansas Foodbank
    Bid on live and silent auctions, and eat a "food court" style dinner with dishes from popular local restaurants.

    Global Youth Service Day at Clinton Presidential Center
    Area high school students can attend this service learning conference in honor of Global Youth Service Day.
    Workshops include lectures on the environment, international service and leading healthy lives.

    James and the Giant Peach at Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre OPENS!
    James and the Giant Peach, adapted from the classic book by Roald Dahl, follows James as he escapes the clutches of his horrible Aunt Sponge and Aunt Spiker. When he finds an enormous peach filled with talking insects growing in his yard, the young orphan, a wise Old-Green Grasshopper and a pessimistic Earthworm begin a wild adventure to an unknown destination.

    Arkansas State Police- Prescription Drug Take Back VI
    All Arkansans are encouraged to again return their expired and unneeded prescriptions and over the counter drugs at sites provided by law enforcement officers statewide. Participation is simple: Collect all unneeded medications, remove the pill bottle labels to ensure privacy, and bring them to law enforcement officers stationed at the collection site of your choice on April 27.

    March of Dimes Run Before They Can Walk 5K at the Clinton Presidential Center
    Join this family-friendly 5K to benefit the March of Dimes. The race begins and ends on the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center, crosses the bridge, and travels down the beautiful North Little Rock River Trail. The March for Babies and an after party will follow the race.
