NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - North Little Rock police say suspects tried to rob a local bank employee early Thursday morning.

Sgt. Brian Dedrick with NLRPD says the employee arrived at the Scott Banking Center off Highway 165 when a suspect was hiding behind the air conditioners. The suspect came out and pulled a handgun, wanting to get inside the bank.

When the female employee told the suspect she didn't have the keys to get in, an unknown vehicle picked up the suspect and they left.

Dedrick says the suspects didn't get any money, but the bank employee was knocked to the ground. She didn't get any serious injuries.

Police are looking for two suspects, but they don't have a vehicle description.

We will update this story as we get more information.
