LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Police have confirmed a cause of death after a body was found on University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) campus last month.
According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis, Kasey Aaron Hudson, 18, of Searcy, died as a result of drowning. Hudson's body was found by a student walking to class at 10:40 a.m. around the intersection of 28th Street and Campus Drive near the Fine Arts building.
The previous night brought rain and flash-flooding to the area, and police believe he was caught up in the rising water.
Hudson was not a student at UALR.
