Police: Deer causes fatal motorcycle crash

    ODEN, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a western Arkansas man is dead after a deer crashed into his motorcycle.

    Arkansas State Police say the crash happened Tuesday night in Oden in Montgomery County. According to a preliminary report, 60-year-old Kenneth Brunet of Oden was driving his motorcycle when a deer struck the vehicle.

    Authorities say Brunet's motorcycle hit the pavement then crashed into a ditch.

    State police say Brunet was pronounced dead at a hospital in Mena.
