LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Arkansas Lottery) - Saturday, September 7th, was the ninth consecutive Powerball® drawing without a Grand Prize winner. There were three lucky players, one each in Illinois, Michigan and New Mexico, who matched the first five numbers and won $1 Million. The winner in Illinois had also purchased the Power Play® option, which doubled that player's winnings to $2 Million.

This jackpot run began on August 10th, with a starting jackpot of $40 million. The Grand Prize has increased to $245 Million for Wednesday's (9/11/13) drawing. The estimated cash value is $136.5 Million.

Powerball® is a multi-state jackpot game. Drawings are held at 9:59 p.m. CST every Wednesday and Saturday. Five numbered balls are drawn from 1 to 59 and one numbered ball is drawn from 1 to 35. If all your numbers match those that are chosen, you win the jackpot, which starts at $40 million and grows until someone wins. If other players also match all six numbers, the prize will be shared in equal amounts. Each Powerball® play is $2. For an additional dollar, you can add the Power Play® option to increase non-jackpot winnings by as much as a million dollars.

Mega Millions® Jackpot Worth $106 Million
Tuesday's Mega Millions® jackpot will be an estimated $106 Million (with a cash option of $71 Million). The Friday (9/6/13) drawing produced a $1 Million winner in New Jersey, as well as four $250,000 winners, one each in North Carolina, New York, South Carolina and Texas. Another 30 players were each $10,000 richer.
The next drawing is Tuesday, September 10, at 10:00 p.m. CST.
Mega Millions® is a multi-state jackpot game. Drawings are held at 10 p.m. CST every Tuesday and Friday. Five numbered balls are drawn from 1 to 56 and one numbered ball is drawn from 1 to 46. If all your numbers match those that are chosen, you win the jackpot, which starts at $12 million and grows until someone wins. If other players also match all six numbers, the prize will be shared in equal amounts. Each Mega Millions® play is $1. For an additional dollar, you can add the Megaplier® option to multiply non-jackpot winnings by 2, 3 or 4 times.

Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) $90,000 - Drawing Tonight!

    • Today's Jackpot is $90,000.
    • Drawings are held six nights a week (every night except Sunday) at 8:00 p.m. (CST).
    • The Natural State Jackpot has been hit 17 times to date.
    • The last winning jackpot was hit on August 23, paying out $70,000.

NSJ is similar to Powerball®, Mega Millions®, and Decades of Dollars. Players choose five numbers between one and 39 and can play the same numbers for up to 20 consecutive draws. Each play costs $1.

Players matching two numbers will win $1; three numbers win $7; four matching numbers win $300, and all five numbers will win the jackpot, guaranteed to be worth at least $25,000. Each night in which there is no big winner, an additional $5,000 is added to the jackpot. If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize will be equally divided among all the jackpot prize winners. The odds of winning any prize are one in nine, according to ASL officials.
