LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Governor Mike Beebe says United States and Arkansas flags will be flown at half-staff today to honor a Fort Bragg soldier who was killed in Afghanistan.

Beebe proclaimed yesterday that the flags will be flown at half-staff to honor 34-year-old Sergeant 1st Class Ricardo Young of Rosston.

The U.S. Department of Defense says Young died August 28th of wounds he suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire.
