JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - Players from a visiting football team returned to their locker room to find all of their personal belongings missing.
According to public information officer April Kiser with the Jacksonville Police Department, all of the McClellan team's personal items were stolen during a football game against Jacksonville High.
Kiser said the police are currently investigating the incident, and the culprits could face commercial burglary for the crime if caught.
No information was given on the items stolen or if there was a person of interest in the case.
Several parents called into THV11 concerned that a riot had broken out as a result of the finding, but Jacksonville Police said no rioting ever broke out.
