HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Jennifer Rowton, the victim who was run over on Halloween night is now a hometown hero in Hot Springs.
She was hit when she tried to slow down Watson's car from hitting the crowd of young trick-or-treaters.
Rowton faces 6 months of therapy and rehabilitation for her injury.
This Thursday, Hot Springs and Garland County are joining forces to raise money for the family's expenses.
