OUACHITA COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - New developments were released in a Morgan Nick Amber Alert case that was issued Tuesday evening.
Sgt. Vincent Mills with the Ouachita County Sheriff's Office said they have left the state of Arkansas and are traveling east, but details of their whereabouts are unknown.
The case involves 13-year-old Kimberly Nussey, who was reported missing Tuesday and believed to be in imminent danger. Authorities said she may have been with her uncle, Phillip Thomas Nussey.
Mills said Phillip Nussey is wanted and there is a felony warrant for his arrest. Mills reiterated on Wednesday that authorities do think Kimberly could be in danger.
