STRAWBERRY FOUR LAYER DELIGHT
1st layer: Crust (Do this first)
1 & 1/2 sticks oleo-melted
1/2 cup Pecans chopped1 & 1/2 Cups of FlourMix together and press into 9X13 inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees or until golden brown. Let cool.
2nd layer: Blend 16 oz. cream cheese. 1 tub of cool whip2 cups powdered sugar---together, until creamy.
Spread over the cooled crust.
3rd layer: 1 and 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup cornstarch1 and 1/2 cups sugar dash of salt.
Cook until clear, then add 3 oz. pkg of strawberry jello.Let this cool; then add 1 1/2 pints of fresh sliced strawberries.Spread over the 2nd layer.
4th layer: Spread top with 1 tub of cool whip. Yum. Yum... Serve chilled!!
