LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- No matter what the question, no one can stump Dr. T. Glenn Pait with UAMS. He's cracking open up his medical mailbag to answer your questions.
These are the questions he covered:
-As long as I can remember, I've needed an alarm clock to wake up. My daughter said I am socially jetlagged and should do something about it. What is socially jetlagged and why should I worry about it? I don't travel.
-We go to the same Starbucks and I notice when you fix your coffee, you put the lid on a napkin. Why do you do it and should I do this too?
-At Thanksgiving, my family has mashed potatoes. We use butter in our potatoes, but this year, I would like to be healthier. What do you think is a better way to fix my potatoes? What do you recommend in place of butter?
-Is it true you eat less food in a quiet restaurant, as compared to a noisy restaurant?
