LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- No matter what the question, no one can stump Dr. T. Glenn Pait with UAMS. He's cracking open up his medical mailbag to answer your questions.
These are the questions he covered:
-We have only one vegetable at a meal. My college sister said it's better to have more than one vegetable at a meal because you will eat more. I'd like to know if my sister is correct.
-My husband and I are planning to visit my daughter in Montana during Christmas. We have medications to carry with us. We're not sure what we're allowed to bring on a plane. Any suggestions?
-Do you know of any holiday foods that may be harmful if you take many medications?
-My mother likes to place all of her medications together - in one bottle. She says it's easier to travel that way. Is she doing the right thing?
-What are the ABC's of a healthy heart?
