FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a northwest Arkansas man has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder after prosecutors alleged he killed his infant sons in separate incidents.
Travis Fox of West Fork was charged last month in the death of his 7-month-old son, who died at a Springdale hospital in March. Prosecutors say that the baby was shaken to death.
The Washington County deputy coroner says he recognized the family name and notified authorities that another infant had died in 2011. Prosecutors later charged Fox in the 2013 death of the 7-month-old son and the 2011 death of his 6-month-old son.
Fayetteville television station KHOG reports that Fox entered his not guilty plea Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court.
