COPPERAS COVE, Texas (KTHV) - The third suspect wanted in the murder of a 71-year-old man has been arrested according to police.
Lt. James Martin with the Garland County Sheriff's Office said Chestly Gaston, 21, was taken into custody in Copperas Cove, Texas, on July 16.
Martin said Gaston surrendered himself to authorities without incident.
Gaston is accused of murdering 71-year-old Dan Roberson, of Jessieville, on July 9 with the intent of stealing Roberson's truck. He is said to have been with two others--18-year-old Ethan Sallee of Hot Springs and 17-year-old Robert Glover, Jr.-at the time of the murder.
