If you're trying to watch what you eat, it can be hard to count the calories at these types of events with all the unhealthy, greasy food.
THV 11's Elle Mohs spoke with dietician Kristin Rowe from UAMS to get some ideas for healthy tail gate food.
'Skinny Dip' Recipe
½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. of dried or fresh chives
1 tsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. spicy mustard
Mix well and serve.
Per serving: 30 calories, 2.4 g. fat, 1.2 g. carbohydrate, 0.5 g. protein, and 88 mg. sodium
