FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Former Razorback and current Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee is making his fourth appearance in the MLB All-Star game.
The game is set for Tuesday night at Citi Field in New York.
Lee is a native of Benton and won the Cy Young award in 2008. He's previously played in the All-Star game in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
So far this season, Lee leads the Phillies with 10 wins. He has a 2.73 ERA in 18 starts and has struck out 119 batters so far this year.
Lee is in his 12th season in the majors with an overall career record of 135-80.
