    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Ovarian cancer is often called the silent killer because it frequently progresses to advanced stages before symptoms appear.

    Dr. Alexander "Sandy" Burnett, a gynecology oncologist, is conducting a study using dogs from the Arkansas Search Dog Association to detect ovarian cancer. Dr. Burnett, alongside Donna Waugh, president of the ASDA, joined us on Today's THV for more.
