Last week Anthony revealed how to cook a delicious turkey that will make you the hero at Thanksgiving dinner. This time  he has a recipe for cranberry sauce, tips for carving a turkey and other basics.

One of the most common complaints about turkey is that it's too dry. Anthony has a suggestion on how to keep the turkey moist and juicy after you pull it out of the oven. Prepare another baking pan but put aluminum foil down it in. Take the turkey out of the pan you baked it in and place it breast side up into the other pan. Pour the juice from the baking pan over the turkey and then cover it with the aluminum foil. This will keep the turkey warm while you prepare the other food items.

If you want to look like an expert when carving the turkey, first make sure you have a very sharp knife! Cut off the wing and then take off the leg joint. Carve off pieces until you get all the dark meat and then flip to the other side.

    Cranberry Sauce

1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup Craisins®
Add orange peel and/or crushed pecans if desired

    Mix and serve cold
