The cooler weather is making Anthony Michael from Cross-Eyed Pig whip up some good comfort foods. Today he's making chili!
5 lbs of 70/30 or 80/20 hamburger meat
4-5 chopped onions
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepepr
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic
4 cups crushed tomatoes
4 cups tomato sauce
Brown and sautee hamburger and onions in skillet. Combine with all other ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer.
