    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Here's a tasty treat for the big game or before a night with family or friends.

    Buffalo Chicken Nuggets with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
    Buffalo Chicken Nuggets:
    2 pounds of chicken tenders, cut into 1" pieces
    Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce
    2 Tbs Canola oil

    Put chicken pieces in a plastic bag or bowl, pour on hot sauce and let marinate for 10 minutes.

    Heat the 2 Tbs of canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring, until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Put Buffalo Chicken Nuggets on serving dish along with Blue Cheese Sauce for dipping.

    Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:

    ¾ cup fat-free sour cream
    1/3 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
    1/3 cup fat-free milk
    1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    2 Tbs scallions, chopped
    1 tsp salt or more to taste
    1 Tbs red wine vinegar

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Serving size: 3 oz (approx. 6 pc) with 2 Tbs. of dipping sauce. Serves 10.
