    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- We are starting a week of comfort food on "Today's THV at 9:00" and we're starting off with pork chops and gravy.

    Anthony Michael with Cross Eyed-Pig will demonstrate this recipe with Ashley, Alyse and Tom.

    Pork chops with gravy

    6-8 pork chops
    Soy sauce
    Cavenders
    Cracked black pepper
    Garlic powder
    Several cups of flour
    (all seasonings to taste)
    2 quarts brown gravy

    Rub the pork chops down with soy sauce. Then sprinkle with cavendars, cracked black pepper, garlic powder and dredge the chops thoroughly with flour.

    Put into a heavily buttered pan in oven for 20 minutes and flip after 10 minutes. Then put into a crock pot with 2 qt. of brown gravy for 3 hours in low heat.
