2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Crushed Pecans
Dusting of Cinnamon (optional)
Start up grill. Wash sweet potatoes. Prick on each side with a fork. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Roll inside a sheet of aluminum foil to make a cylinder.
Cook on back of grill for about two hours (this is a good thing to put on when you start cooking -- you can grill your other items while the potatoes cook).
Potatoes are done when you can feel them "squish."
Pull off the grill. Open aluminum foil. Cut potatoes open. Add honey, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and cinnamon. Press closed and rewrap until ready to serve.
