    Short-Cut Shortcake

    2 Cups packaged biscuit mix 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine 8 drained pineapple slices Brown sugar Mix 2 cups packaged biscuit mix with 2 tablespoons sugar,1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch circles. Arrange 8 circles on baking sheet and top with 8 drained pineapple slices. Fill pineapple centers with brown sugar; top with remaining circles of dough. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 8 shortcakes.
