    Caesar Salad Dressing

    1 raw egg
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 t. red wine vinegar
    3/4 t. oregano
    3/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    Juice of ½ lemon
    Dash of anchovy paste (comes in a tube) or 2 anchovy filets
    Salt & pepper to taste

    1. Mix egg and canola oil in a blender or small food processor (I use the Magic Bullet)
    2. Add garlic and spices
    3. Stir to get anything down from the sides of the bowl
    4. Add cheese, lemon and anchovy paste and blend again
    5. Let sit in the fridge for ½ hour or less to set up and get thick
